"Great place, a hospital area"
Public transport is awesome, express train to city. Hospitals are very close. Westmead children is probably best children hospital in Australia.
Most houses are old though but not expensive comparing to Sydney market. Shopping is a bit far away. It has only Coles but far from station.

Great place for small families. Lots of units. Shopping and public transport is very close. Millner school is good
The Sabine Road is noisy. And it does not have easy access to beach like Nightcliff or Rapid Creek has.

"Beautify Neighbourhood"
In love with Mawson Lakes. Superb public transport, lots of parks, lakes. Train from station takes to city in 15 minutes. It has childcares in different locations. Very quiet.There are ducks in lakes.
The only limitation I found it does not have great shopping option. It has Woolworths and Target but no Coles/BigW/Kmart.
Another point is, internet is a problem here. I ended up with vivid wireless. It is really good.
