friendly people , but not to the point of annoying , nice little street in the best part of doveton , houses going for very high prices , one went for almost 500000 ,

a lot of builders etc are moving in , pulling down the ld and putting up new houses , it was a rough diamond but now its starting to be polished , and the area is being gentrified , its moving from an outer to a middle suburb , this is starting in the northern section of doveton along endeavour hills
