Overall a fantastic place to live.
Especially st. James wood and seasons estates. Big blocks and more established apart from being more central to all amenities plus greatly connected to the M1 freeway.
Tarneit is quite huge. Going further away from these two estates you can find cheaper houses. But they are almost always on much smaller blocks and not as well connected to amenities.
Have been living here for over 10 years and can say it's super safe full of clean air and surrounded by greenery.
For 900 K or under you can get yourself a decent sized block with a comfortable decent sized house.
Go to Yarraville and pay double with the added bonus of pollution from coode island. No thanks.
