We moved to Melbourne from Sydney and look for the perfect Melbourne suburb to live. Thankfully we found it!
Edithvale is the best kept secret of Melbourne, it is a gem! A great lifestyle suburb that has very limited shortcomings. The beach is sensational, cafes and restaurants are superb and proximate to city (both via car and train) is great.
There are great schools in the area as well as fantastic childcare. Moving from Sydney's north shore, Edithvale seems to hold its own pretty well.
