"Quiet and safe suburb with conveniences"
Great suburb for families.
Lots of retail shops (Woolie, Aldi & Franklin), close to M4 & Great western Hwy, quiet & safe, lots of schools, 5 minute drive to Westmead hospital, etc.
Many new houses under construction that make streets look fresh and many existing houses are still affordable.
There is no major shopping centre here but very close to Parramatta though.
Absolutely growing suburb that is packed with all good conveniences.

I bought villa (135 sqm) Area in 5/5 Rawson Road, South Wenthworthville, I gave 310000. I don't know, whether I paid more or less.
