"This suburb is unsafe and boring!"
There's almost nothing to like about this area of Melbourne. It's ugly.
"Very expensive!"
Renting and buying here is way too expensive. Yet people seem to love Elwood.
"Very Expensive"
To rent and buy is extremely expensive here, yet the suburb is quite lifeless.
"Dullsville"
Coburg doesn't have much happening apart from the High Street. The suburb is dull and not particularly safe.
"Soulless little suburb with a weird vibe"
Full of typical Melbourne snobby Greens voters, as well as having pockets of State Housing areas.
"Best Place to Live in WA"
Amazing suburb. Safe. Clean. Friendly people.

"Lots of junkies and dodgey people"
St Kilda is situated on the bay which is cool, but there are lots of weirdoes in the area, which makes it very unsafe.

You clearly live in some boring outer suburb, with cheap housing. Hahaha
"Quite a classy, clean, safe suburb"
Aberfeldie is a small suburb of the Essendon area.
It has established homes, many heritage homes from the intra-war period.
Manicured gardens throughout.
Mainly families.
Clean.
Very safe, no druggies or deadbeats or Council flats in the suburb (unlike the majority of Melbourne).

I would have to disagree with this yes definitely some parts of Coburg don't feel safe but I think Coburg has a Lot do there is Pentridge shopping centre a bunch of markets and a drive in with a bunch of super markets and shops as well and a bunch of public transport to get around and a lot of nice parks.
