Only takes 3-5 mins to get on Freeway via new interchange. A lot better now compared to couple of years ago in traffic.
Alamanda college and Point Cook P-9 are doing pretty well. New school in Featherbrook will do good job too. Multiple shopping options with new featherbrook shopping centres and extended sanctuary shopping centre. Internet is very fast in most of areas which was pretty bad before. improved and still improving now. House prices still affordable and close to CBD.
