Munro Nine

Doesn't look like a decent place to live nor commute to. Had encountered so many pot holes and some deep ones have not been fixed for a long period. Seems like shoddy work done for this city. The shops may have been built in the last decade but they already feel drab. The vibe of this community does not feel nice. Encountered people who drive off after hitting another car.

Good schools
Great shopping district with ample parking
Metro has many things close by
Large parklands and family activities
No public hospitals nearby but a lot of private hospitals

The only good road towards city is through M2 because they force commuters to pay. All other roads are hellish and the shops are not even close to the metro. Chatswood is way better for commute towards the city. The schools around North Ryde are subpar at best.
