"Excellent suburb"
The best suburb for young families, particularly if you have school aged kids. The suburb has good schools, convenient to Norwest business park, Bella Vista waters, Parramatta and the CBD by metro and bus, large house blocks and lots of green spaces and parks. Safe suburb with a good community vibe.
