Quiet, Quiet, Quiet, you can hear a pin drop, except for the sound of the waves when you're outside having a glass of wine and taking in the fresh sea breezes. There is hardly any traffic only local traffic and Sunday drivers looking for a house to buy so they too can enjoy the area. It is very safe and going for a walk is magic on summer evenings. Have been living in Gulf Point for 16 years and it is like living in the country within a friendly small community. We live in a court and it is very quiet and the Marina views are fantastic, especially at night and at Christmas time when all the marina lights are on and the whole place sparkles. The only time you have traffic is when the Cruise ships berth at Outer Harbor and it is great watching the ship from your top storey window. If you want tranquility and a holiday at home every day and fresh air then come and live here. This area is a hidden treasure and when more people discover this gem the area will boom.
