We bought in Mawson Lakes about 12 months ago. We have been stoked with what we have found. We're both fairly active and the running tracks are great and just awesome scenery around the lakes. Lots of others out early morning also and everyone says G'day. Great community feel, great facilities, well maintained suburb and love the recycled water. (no water restrictions). I believe a cinema is on the planning agenda also. The one minor issue that I have is that we don't have access to cable internet (so we have installed satellite internet) and no cable pay TV (so we have installed satellite pay tv). Otherwise just an awesome suburb and when we sell we will buy in Mawson Lakes again.
