Excellent place to live. Love the parks in the neighborhood and if you're in the cedar woods Williams Landing estate neighborhoods, the train station is walking distance. Town centre still in progress and good quality eateries. Medical centres with everything you need.
People complaining about peak hour traffic need to take a look at nearby point cook where it takes my friend 40 mins just to get to the freeway or the train station at willaims landing. current congestions attributed to the roadworks which will get better.
i especially love the freeway access in minutes going either direction.
