In Mount Pleasant You have a mix of people, New families, retirees and singles. On every street you can’t pass without someone waving to you or saying hello but you need to meet them. There is a great section of high density buildings like apartments for people and then most of Mount Pleasant is houses and let me tell you, you’ll be impressed with all these new beautiful houses popping up. The suburb is in a perfect area as it is only about 15 min drive to the city (depending on the traffic). It has easy access to Leach and Canning hwy and Kwinana Fwy. It is only about a 30 min drive to get to freo too! This area is safe and right next to the beautiful river, throughout the whole area there is a walkway/bike way for people on the waterfront road “The Esplenade”. There are many people down there that love going for walks right next to the river including a few jetties along it and one great facility “Deep Water Point Cafe”, the facility has a playground and a dome, a boat ramp a jetty and great for swimming with jet skis. The area has a great mix for Public and Private schools and close to curtain university.
