Mawson Lakes

"New, Beautiful, Convenient, Desirable!"

8 years ago we did not have any plans to move out of our family home in Oakden until one day we passed through Mawson Lakes and absolutely fell in love with it. One month later we signed land contract and soon after started building out new dream home. Since then we never regretted our decision.
This is absolutely fantastic suburb that looks more like a self contained town with everything you may need within a walking distance. Schools, shopping, restaurants, fast-food, medical, parks, walking trials, lakes, pub, library, banks, public transport, pharmacy, deli, beauty saloons and lots of other services are here.
The location of the suburb on Adelaide's map is quite convenient too. It takes only 14 minutes to get to the City by train, 10 minutes drive to the beach. New Gepps Cross Housemaker Centre eliminates long travel to furniture and home appliances stores. And if the proposed Harbor Town style factory outlets are built nearby, it will definitely make it the best location in Adelaide.
