I have lived in officer since 2015. It is peaceful and quiet. I know most of my neighbours, mix renters and owners.
The area is not suitable for teenagers since there is nothing to do . The roads are OK unless you have Ute, some driveways will not fit a medium size car. If you have more than one car , you will have issues.
If you want quite and peace , you will love the area. When I first moved the streets were very noisy, the drivers drove fast and street nuisance. Now the demographic change the area is much better.
