"Officer loosing it's charms"

I live in officer since 2015,I have seen changes. We have more facilities like Cafe, schools, local shops and restaurants and railway station. There are mixed owners and renters. The demography is constantly changing. I am thinking of moving out , the reason the noise level, over crowding renters means few cars for each house, multiple tenancy and their visitors. The roads become so busy there are 60 vehicles per hour on a small strip till 3 am in the morning. Trades are on the increase it is not an issue but they all have Ute's and trailers so parking chaos and also difficult and unsafe to reverse from your drive ways. There is always battle to find parking worse than some of the London estates. Loud music by car an van drivers though illegal continue till 3 am and starts again at 7 am. On top free way noise. Quality of build is so poor with no noise protection. I can see house price will plummet.
There should be max number of cars per house. The council should strictly control noise levels. The council should have maximum parking time of 1 hour for non residents. There should be not trailer parking on the road. These simple rules by the council could change the area profile . The residents should respect other residents peace and enjoyment of their homes by avoiding loud subs in the house at,any time.
So hope this helps proective buyers and tenants.
