Moved to mango hill capstone about a year ago, love this suburb! Its close to everything you need = markets, parks, lakes, train stations, Westfield, ikea, Costco, local stores, public schools, private schools, tennis court, swimming facilities, restaurants, gyms, local businesses AND new development undergoing . It’s the only suburb in Brisbane that I can find 5 basketball courts!

You literally get anything you need in this suburb. About 30 min drive to Brisbane city with good traffic but who need to travel to Brisbane if you can get everything in your area apart for work reasons ? 15min drive to redcliff beach area, 1 hour drive to Sunshine Coast area!

The property price is still reasonable but I doubt it will stay this way in 5 years time. The bad things about this place = mosquitos during summer/ bad traffic at peak period

It’s really a good place for family to raise kids.
