We've lived here for 14 years in a number of different houses and bought in 2001. Moved here to go to uni from a country town and stayed. The neighbourhood and facilities are better than any place I've lived in Australia. The Venny, community garden, YMCA pool and gym, toy library, shops, coffee, Hardimans Hotel, Tonik, cleanskins, 3 train stations on 3 different lines, a bus accessing 5 major hospitals and a number of Uni's, tram at one end, the list is endless. Most importantly, the people are fantastic.

Fantastic place to get away from the rest of the holiday makers and people in general at any time of the year. Even over the New Year break there's enough room on any one of the 5 beaches for every family to have a game of beach cricket. National park frontage to the beaches, one road in and out, no traffic lights, two life guard services-a lovely quiet and safe spot for a family holiday or to live.
