My wife and I (30yo professionals) moved in here 9 months ago and I was a little apprehensive at first as I had hard about the commission housing and had seen the odd junkie about. To be honest we cannot have fallen in love with this place quicker though. A lot of development Happening and young couples moving into the area. So close to the fwy and city. HEAPS of beautiful walks and tracks that extend all the way to the city through leafy Ivanhoe and even as far as Oakleigh and Glen Waverley! So convenient and close to everything and to be honest, the only play you bump into “not so warm” people is at the local ALDI but they tend to do their own thing. Never a problem and or drama here. Strongly advise anyone to come move into the area...house prices are going up exponentially also! It’s a true win win suburb.
