"Overpriced"
Price up 50% in last two years, thanks to interstate buyers.
Now price is on par with Marsden or Browns Plain.
Not too much growth potential at this price range.
Also ample supply of land less than 400sqm in nearby Parkridge/Greenbank area.

"Gentrification in action"
Marsden isn't New Farm but it's the best in Logan area in terms of value and potential.
Now you can see new houses being built in almost every street and many young couples started to move in.
So the price will only go up.

mmm with the huge development plans happening in 2024 - 2030 I can see Crestmead & it's adjoining suburbs climbing higher over the coming period $600,000 + will become the medium
