"Perfect community for families"
walking distance to everything; transport, shops, elite schools, restaurants, parks, and sporting facilities. easily one of melbourne's best areas for bringing up a family. only shortfall is it's becoming difficult to buy into. the area has such high demand and limited properties (houses) on the market.
