Have lived here for 8 months and love everything about it. It's relatively quiet, lots of friendly families, feels safe, always parking at locals shops, nice cafes, nice trees and landscaping (especially around the water). Coming from Sydney, it's SO cheap and people complaining about the highway commute... at least you're moving! Sometimes we would spend an hour to drive a couple of Kms in Sydney. House prices (both to own or rent) in Springfield Lakes are way less than half of where we came from, so we appreciate that the most out of everything. Have loved every day since we have been here, and the only regret is that we didn't move here earlier.
