Box Hill North

"The suburb should be worth a lot more than what it is"

Box Hill North is home to a lot of hidden gems, such as the Trawool St shops. It carries essentially the same school zoning as Box Hill and is well connected by public transport, hospitals and schools. The suburb's price underperforms its glitzier neighbour in Box Hill, but that won't last long as that suburb undergoes gentrification and Box Hill North becomes the new suburbia in the region.

Tyne Street

"The heart of a golden grid"

Tyne street is perfectly located in the part of Box Hill North that should really be considered Box Hill. Most of the street is zoned for Box Hill High School and all of it for the prestigious Kerrimuir Primary School. Meanwhile, you're a stones throw away from the great shops on Trawool St and Station St, as well as walking distance to Box Hill Gardens and Box Hill Central. One of the best spots Box Hill North has to offer.
