Castle Hill

"Family oriented suburb with safe and peaceful environment"

If you are looking for a huge house with affordable price, Castle Hill is the best option. Most houses in Castle Hill have enough spaces for 3 generations (in-laws, couples, and children) to live togher under the same roof. The beauty of it is that your in-laws are able to look after your kids and your meal/house while you are busy with work. Castle Hill is also a great place for retirement as it has huge land of green environment and fresh air. One thing to notice about Caslte Hill is its public transport and price for food. Castle Hill has wide range of bus network but it does not have train. If you don't mind spending 1 hour on the bus to city for work every day, then it is ok for you. Many residents in Castle Hill are either rich retirees (old people with huge savings in the bank) or professionals so the prices for food in Castle Hill are expensive. Some of the food or restaurants are more pricy than city.

Great for

  • Big House / Land size
  • Lovely People
  • Quality homes
  • Safety and Security

Not great for

  • No train station/ TRAFFIC??
  • The capital growth of Castle Hill property will be significant once the North West Rail Link is established.
  • Worried because it's getting too popular

Who lives here?

  • Professionals
  • Singles
  • Families with kids
  • Retirees
  • Country Lovers
