Hamilton Hill

"Any place can be you home."

I moved from Kwinana to live in Hamilton Hill, i wasnt too happy with the move although once we settled in we soon noticed out street CLAYGATE road was incredibly quiet surrounded my hills.
2 min walk to the lovely wetlands, walking around the lake approx 4-5km, you would see Black swans, turtles, & families having picnics.
There is a FROSH festival there yearly, lots of things to do stalls, rides, bands, fireworks & etc.
If ever bored on the weekend, you can go for a bush walk behind the homestead and it take you out to the beach on the walk through you will encounter, blue tongues, snakes, & etc.
The beach is quiet, secluded, and the water is crystal clear and lovely refreshing swim after the long walk.
Shops are just up the road you have the Phoenix shopping centre, have to add Fremantle is only a short drive.

We did find out there are 2 sides to Hamilton Hill, and we apparently stayed in the quiet/safer side, it was enjoyable and believe you can make any place you home.

Hi, I'm looking to move to Hamilton Hill, currently in a house share in East Freo; but originally from England so don't really know the area very well... you have said there are two sides to HH, one obviously a bit quieter and safer than the other, where do you think the divide falls? I'm looking at a property on Grandpre Crescent, which side would you say this comes under? Any other comments or info would be really useful and much appreciated! :) x

Ive been told that Grandpre is pretty average. Currently house hunting myself
