I have lived in the area for over 36 years, raised five children and work in the area.

"A great lifestyle opportunity for a family"
Kentlyn is a rural style suburb made up of small hobby style farms.
The area offers a great country lifestyle with plenty of space for family activities whilst being conveniently placed with easy access to Sydney (about 50 minutes drive).
Most properties are 2 Ha (5 acres) often with either a pool, tennis court or other family amenities.
The property prices are very reasonable when compared to other areas a similar distance from Sydney CBD.
