We bought a house sight unseen in One Mile last year having never even heard of the suburb! Hubby is a FIFO worker so we wanted something within an hour of the airport & due to border closures we couldn't view in person. A search for affordable properties gave a number of results in Ipswich and we scheduled video viewings. We chose the house in One Mile because it has a rural aspect while still being close to the city. We're so happy we bought here! Parks everywhere, great for walking the dog.
