"Very beautiful and scenic, peaceful, very nice to stroll"
Manly is a very nice place to live if you have abundant cash. Its very nice to have a walk, peaceful, no fast city life, clean, good public transport, good schools, nice churches, nice people. Only certain areas like near bar its crowded with drunkards at weekends.

- Ferry to the city

Not great for
- Horrible rental and house sales value
- Poor general practitionars especially for children
