damned well not true. It's actually not, from a proud local. Footscray does have its long-standing issues, but some of the *trash* I see posted here reflects nothing other than ignorance, prejudice, bigotry. It's really sad. jamesh30 is right

Agree, its hardly the most violent place in the world. People are so ignorant and dont want to see lifes problems, homeless etc are everywhere in Melbourne now. Its a national problem. Ive never felt unsafe there.
