Houses are overvalued, cheaply built, bare minimum when it comes to insulation so hot sometimes its a health issue, yards are nonexistent. Go ahead encourage property investors but also encourage them to install solar panels so that financial hardship can be avoided for the actual human families living in these houses paying rents that are now becoming unreasonable. Units are not popular they are frequently a last resort. Times are tough for most with the exception of real estate businesses and investors with multiple properties and supermarkets etc. Some social conscious needs to be applied, make enough money instead of being greedy. Pimpama could be a great place to live instead of just somewhere people end up to keep a roof over their heads.
