Once away from the telopea shops by more than a block or two, it becomes like most middle class suburbs Clean & Leafy with friendly people saying hi when you walk past.

The only down side to the shops is one of the two chemist issues the Methodone for the recovering drug addicts. I have never had a problem but they can make my wife nervous when they are hanging round waiting.

The rest of the time it is a great place to live and over the last 2yrs there has been a decent shift in property values and is attracting young families, the area is on the way up and still has big size blocks for resonable money.

In 5yrs you wont know this suburb.
