We moved here 9 months ago in the Capestone development and absolutely love it! It is new, clean and green and people are friendly. Schools, shopping centre, restaurants and train are all very close. Mozzies in summer can be a bit of a hassle but nothing fly screens and insect repellent can't fix. Poor mobile reception is the only real issue I have here but surely this will be fixed someday soon..? I would happily live here for the rest of my life.
