Hi JenC2 I have always thought the transport options for Werribee are quite good. There is an express train in the busy commute times. I always see the express ones are really full which indicates how many people choose that option. I recently heard on the radio that access for disabilities (lifts etc) is not very good at the Werribee station which is disappointing given how many people live there.
Other factors to note are:
- there is car parking at the station if this is of concern.
- fully staffed station Monday - Sunday, first train to the last train.
- another station nearby is Hoppers Crossing which depending on what street you live on may be closer.

If you are interested in bus transportation getting around Werribee itself there is a route that goes past the Zoo, Mansion, MacKillop Catholic College and Wyndham
Harbour.

Thanks very much! How about public transport going to the city? How long it normally takes?

If you wanted to travel in peak times and arrive at Flinders Street by 9.00am for work you could get the 8.11am train service which will get you to Flinders Street by 8.50am so 39mins travel time. The PTV website has a journey planner to work out travel times. https://ptv.vic.gov.au/journey#jpsearch%5Baction%5D=showPlanner
