"Missing in action"

My wife and I tried, over a period of five days, to get in contact with Kelvin in relation to a property that he was managing in the building in which we live. He did not answer his phone once, or reply to voicemail. We left messages with the agency Xynergy; no response. Makes one wonder why he is in this line of business. Pity zero stars isn't an available option for these reviews. That would make my rating a big zero Kelvin. He ain't hot...
