Can I just say, how delighted both Alex and myself are with the excellent customer service that you have given us so far. It's fantastic that you have managed to sort our issues so quickly and we greatly appreciate you going the extra mile. It is extremely refreshing to feel as a tenant that you are valued, and this is by far the best experience we have had. Thank you very much, you are a credit to both yourself and the company.

"The absolute GOLD standard in property management"
I rented a property through an Agent that was horrendous (rarely responded and deceitful). Thankfully Teneal and the team took over management and put the original agent to shame. They are friendly, professional, always respond quickly and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. If Teneal hasnt been available, someone else has always responded. I am also a Landlord of property interstate so understand both tenant/Landlord perspectives. If my property was in Melbourne, I wouldnt hesitate to have Teneal and the team look after it, their first class approach ensures good tenants are well looked after and their highly skilled approach would either prevent or deal with any issues before they became major issues. Cannot recommend them enough.
