What type of infrastructure is already in place for Alkimos?

Alkimos train station is due to open in 2022 and work is on schedule.
There a several schools already established as well as a number of shopping & takeaway options.
You'll find some really nice beac.hside cafe/restaurant at Shorehaven and Amberton.

There is Marmion Ave as far as direct road access, rail is not far, not sure about buses in terms of transport. Otherwise there is the local Yanchep Central which is new and a Coles and smaller shopping down towards Brighton. The new Big W etc is on the way though as construction has just started.
