"Best" depends on what you value the most and can be determined subjectively based on things such as price, average sizes, location etc.
However, in my opinion, popular streets based on my feedback would be streets like Cheviot (central Ashbury), Melville (great district views), even Ayr St. All Ashbury streets hold great respect for various reasons :)
