Partner left rental property

Hi, I am in a rental property with my 3 children. My partner (now ex) is still on the lease but he has walked out and is now living elsewhere. I am also out of work at present. I cannot afford the rent in Centrelink benefits but the lease isn't up until August 2015. Do I have any options??
