No, Bridgeman Downs does not flood. The suburb itself has a high point of 70m above sea level, and was not affected in the 2011 floods.

Did Parkview place in bridgeman downs flood during the recent floods this year? It is just off Albany creek and this Parkview street is just 25m above sea level. Any information would be much appreciated. Thank you
