Which are the best suburbs near Carole Park to purchase a property?

Hi sanbun, Ellen grove and forest lake are both nice places but they are both a lot more expensive. Houses in Carole park are usually on bigger blocks and are cheaper to buy. They have better rental returns aswell. I have just moved closer to my work after living there for 9 years and I am considering selling my propert as I have just bought a new house near work. My property is currently rented out at $320p/w.
