How long is a piece of string?
The first blocks on The Hunt Club were around 650m2 to over 1000m2, that was 12 years ago, so if you want a big block look at existing homes. If you want a new block to build your home in Cranbourne East they are few and far between and range from 350m2 plus. Look on realestate.com. most new blocks are available in Clyde North which adjoins Cranbourne East but further from the train station and the main Cranbourne Park shops and schools.

It can range from 400 to 580m2. We have our block (448m2) in the hunt club estate.
