Is Egan Close a good street to live?

Yeah, not too bad of a place. Down the road is the houso area but park along Rosella separates the estate Egan is in from the commission area. It's a newer street in that part of Werribee because I don't think that section had started building until, maybe, 9 or 10 years ago.
