Over 90% of WA is bushfire prone and bushfires can happen anywhere, there are areas in the hills which have a higher risk of fire, the most important thing is to have a plan in the case of a fire. Yes, it is well treed and there are areas of bush nearby which could cause flames to travel very easily. There is also likely to be roof leaf litter around in many houses.
