What is the area and Keon Park Station like to live in? Are there any crime issues or issues with personal safety? Can you walk around the area after dark?

I live in Locher Ave and think it’s fantastic. Very quiet as it doesn’t get any main traffic and safe! We know our neighbours and it has a great community feel.
