Coles, Aldi and Woolworths are all closed on Good Friday.
Westfield shopping centres are all close on Good Friday.
Your only option is 7-Eleven or small local grocery stores.

IGA supermarkets are often open on Good Friday, I think as independent chains they might have some flexibility.
