Whats your opinions of the traffic and distance from Moggill to the city during peak hours?

We are young professionals looking to buy and build in Moggill. Im a bit apprehensive about Moggill road at night as it can be dark, and also the traffic through Moggill road after work

Hi Leas4

If I were you I'd test the commute at peak hours, we did that before committing, we don't find it too bad and there is generally enough traffic along the road that its not too dark, obviously dusk and dawn be wildlife aware in the more country lined parts through Pinjarra Hills. We both commute, one to Stafford via the tunnel and one to Indooroopilly and back peak school hours, its not that bad - depends where you are going - don't forget you also have the option of the ferry if you are heading south or west. Its a lovely community out here and for me I enjoy the drive as I wind up on the way in and by the time I get home having listened to a podcast or music I'm relaxed again. We've now got a load more amenities at Moggill Village and the new builds have seen a big price increase since that so I'd say its a good area to get bang for your back and a safe country feel lifestyle.

Best of luck with your move, wherever you end up.
