Hello,

I have seen Point Cook grow substantially in the last 10 years. Heaps of capital growth potential, great shopping, good schools and access to the coast line.
Not so good if you work in the city, as you will get caught up in the traffic.

Thanks!

Point Cook is a great suburb to invest into as it has grown over the years and seems to be attracting more homeowners and investors.
I have townhouses that would be a great investment in the Boardwalk, if interested please contact me.

As I have lived in Point Cook for many years I have seen the suburb grow every year and it is just gets bigger and bigger with more and more estates popping up everywhere.

I really think Point Cook is a great suburb to invest into as there are young families moving in to the area everyday and plenty of infrastructure being planned for the suburb.

If you would consider investing in this area and/or surrounding areas I have Turnkey properties that you can purchase and then rent out with a good rental return every year.

If you would like to know more please contact me.
