What is everyones current opinion on the Saltwater Coast in Point Cook?

My partner and I are currently looking for land in Saltwater Coast and want some updated insights on this area. We've read a few reviews about there being poor service and snake sightings. Just want some more opinions on this area

Reception is poor for mobiles, home internet to my knowledge is only available from Telstra, as far as snake sightings there is a lot of grassland there due to the nature park but if any possibly in Summer but not overly that common
