What is the size of house blocks in St Leonards?

Don't bother. If you don't like apartment living- go for nearly Crows Nest, Wollonstonecraft or Artamon. But with proximity to city it will set you back at least a million dollars for an old house on a small 400sqm block. Try further north e.g. Wahoonga if you want decent blocks.
