How is the street parking like in Summer Hill for it's residents?

Pretty difficult. Most streets are very narrow and some have trees on the street which restrict the amount of kerbside available to park. You can generally find a spot, but it might be 100 metres down the street. If you don't have off-street parking, probably best not to have a car - or else be prepared to have to circle the block every time you drive home.

Most streets have 2 hour parking on one side (unlimited for resident permit holders) and unlimited on the other side. I’ve lived here for 5 years and rarely have an issue parking in my street, which is popular for the restaurants and bars.
